Expansion

We’re in the final stages of acquiring an EMI Distributor License in the UK in order to start scaling into the market. We’re also currently in the process of recruiting talent to join us as we roll out this expansion. All of these hires are at this time are contractual and/or part-time with the intention to make most of them full-time roles as things evolve.

Where do you fit in

We’re looking to hire a part-time MLRO in the next 2-3 weeks that will be the primary point-of-contact on all AML Reporting related issues as well as in charge of periodic reporting on our compliance with any rules and regulations we would need to adhere to as a regulated financial services company.

What you'll do (responsibilities)

• Be a part of our regular communications with our financial partners in the UK. This will entail responding to any data requests or translating such requests into actionable tasks that should be executed in a timely manner by the executive team.
• Submit quarterly reports on our adherence to any requirements provided to us by the regulator.
• Communicate and work directly with executive stakeholders in order to inform and/or advise on any aspects of the compliance

What we're looking for (qualifications)

• 5+ Years of Experience in Compliance & Finance in the United Kingdom or Europe.
• 2-3 Years of Experience with Regulatory Reporting.
• Ability to handle moderately complex regulated projects/initiatives.
• Ability to clearly communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to create well-structured reports that can be easily interpreted and actioned within the organisation.
