Position Overview
HoneyCoin is seeking an experienced Treasury Operations Manager to join our finance team and oversee the complex treasury functions that are critical to our payment orchestration platform's success. This role is essential to managing the financial infrastructure that enables HoneyCoin to facilitate billions of dollars in cross-border
transactions, maintain optimal liquidity across multiple currencies, and ensure compliance with international financial regulations.
As Treasury Operations Manager at HoneyCoin, you will be responsible for managing daily cash operations, foreign exchange strategies, liquidity management, and banking relationships across multiple jurisdictions. You will work at the intersection of finance and technology, utilizing sophisticated treasury management systems and working closely with our engineering team to optimize financial processes and ensure seamless money movement for our clients.
This position requires deep expertise in treasury management, international finance, and regulatory compliance, combined with the ability to work in a fast-paced fintech environment where financial operations must scale rapidly while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance. You will play a crucial role in supporting HoneyCoin's growth by ensuring that our treasury operations can handle increasing transaction volumes and expanding geographic reach.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in treasury operations, preferably within the fintech, banking, or payments industry, with a strong understanding of international finance, foreign exchange markets, and the regulatory requirements governing cross-border financial transactions. You will work closely with our executive team to develop treasury strategies that support our business objectives while managing financial risk and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Cash Management and Liquidity Operations
You will oversee daily cash positioning across multiple currencies and banking relationships, ensuring optimal liquidity levels to support HoneyCoin's payment processing operations. This includes monitoring cash flows, managing funding requirements, and coordinating with banking partners to ensure adequate liquidity for settlement obligations. You will develop and maintain cash flow forecasting models that account for transaction volumes, seasonal patterns, and business growth projections.
